Simply search Gentoo’s Bugzilla and search for bugs assigned to “security (at) gentoo.org” (replace the (at) stuff of course ;-)) or click here.
You could also get yourself an Bugzilla account and add the above e-mail address to your watch list in your preferences, to avoid all the masses of less useful e-mails, you should edit the e-mail settings there to fit your needs.
